We signed an agreement with the brand company to be the exclusive distributor of its automotive parts and products in Nigeria and other countries in West Africa. The brand company will ship the product to us for distribution in Nigeria and other countries in West Africa. We will use digital marketing and direct sales techniques in the distribution of the product.

We are seeking a ₦40M investment at a minimum investment capital of ₦5,000 for a period of 26 calendar months starting from 1st November 2021 and terminating on 30th December 2023. The funds will be used as working capital and for digital marketing of the product. The investment capital payment window opens from August to October 2021. The investor can increase the investment capital in multiples of 5,000. The 26-month investment period is divided into a 4-term profit payment plan of 8-6-6-6 months. Based on our projections, the investor will receive 11.11% as return on investment, ROI, at the end of the 1st term of 8 months from the start date and 41.33% flat at the end of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th term of 6 months consecutively.
