Our Operations Mode

At Uzonedich, the job process flow begins with a maintenance reminder to the customer and scheduling an appointment. This is the case with our existing customers. A new customer however may call in to book a job appointment with us or bring the vehicle needing repair down to our shop. We will receive the vehicle, take the customer’s complaint and carry out inspection, which includes diagnosing the vehicle to verify the customer’s complaint and possibly identify some other fault besides the one the customer reported. The job estimate will be prepared for approval by the customer with a deposit service charge for repair to commence. After completion of the job, the customer will be informed for the balance service charge and delivery of the vehicle. The job process flow ends with a post-service-follow up.
